Libratherm offers various models of Digital Temperature and Process On-Off Controllers. The user has the choice of selecting the model based on the type of Input, type of analog or digital interface, and required size. All the models are designed to suit most industrial applications.

>DPC-966 (Part No 1402): This On-Off Controller is available in the size of 96w x 96h x 120d mm, accepts input from J, K, R, S, B thermocouple, Pt-100, 4-20mA, and provides 2 relay output and/or 2 SSR output along with retransmission of 4-20mA and serial output of RS485 MODBUS interface.

DPC-966 (Part No 1403): This On-Off Controller is available in the size of 96w x 96h x 120d mm, accepts input from J, K, R, S, B thermocouple, Pt-100, 4-20mA, and provides 4 relay output and/or 4 SSR output along with retransmission of 4-20mA and serial output of RS485 MODBUS interface.

DPC-966-T (Part No 1404): This dual input On-Off Controller is available in the size of 96w x 96h x 120d mm, accepts two input from J, K, R, S, B thermocouple, Pt-100, 4-20mA and provides 4 relay output and/or 4 SSR output along with dual retransmission of 4-20mA and serial output of RS-485 MODBUS interface. Both the Input types are not user-selectable but users need to specify.

AI	Analog Input from Process transmitter in the form of 4-20mA or from the Temperature Sensors.
AO	Analog Output proportional to Analog input, available in the form of Retransmission output of 4-20mA or optionally 0-10V.
DO	Digital Output in the form of relay contacts or 10 to 12 VDC logic level for external SSR.

Display	4 digit 0.5" Red 7-segment display for process variable. 4 digit 0.5" Green 7-segment display for set value and other parameters.
Settings	Using Front panel feather touch keyboard to set various parameters like Set values, Hysteresis values, Span Hi/Low values, MODBUS slave ID, Input selection, calibration, etc.
Control Output (2DO)	2 relay outputs (NO-C-NC) contacts rated for 5A @ 230VAC. 2 SSR drivers (10 to 12VDC pulse) to drive external SSRs.
Control Output (4DO)	4 relay outputs (NO-C-NC) contacts rated for 5A @ 230VAC 4 SSR drivers (10 to 12VDC pulse) to drive external SSRs.
On/Off Hysterisis	Programmable through keyboard in the band of +/-5% of the range or +/-25°C or +/-10.0°C or +/- 25 counts. (Display Range dependent)
